I Didn't Know!

How do you simplify a complicated process like a kitchen or bathroom renovation? It's simple. Use Incredible Renovations. We are a one stop shop, custom design, build, and remodeling company. "One stop shop" may mean different things to different firms, but to us, it means taking the stress away from the home owner. On a recent visit to a home, our project manager realized just how important that was. Mary is interested in re-doing her kitchen and has been all over the city getting quotes for blueprints, design plans, material, etcetera, etcetera etcetera. Little did she know, that one call to Incredible Renovations would have saved her a tank full of gas and a lot of headache. "We do everything in house," Chris told her. "That means helping you with your design plans, building the blueprints, making revisions, and even getting permits." Incredible Renovations is the only remodeling company in Texas with a board certified structural engineer, architectural designer, and interior decorator on staff. So that means all of your estimates and plans are done in house. We gather the information that is needed to make your renovation dreams a reality. At our initial meeting with sit down with you to figure out what your vision is for your home - kitchen, office, bathroom, addition - whatever you need. We take pictures and measurements and bring everything back to our office where we begin working on your design planss. Within a few days we invite you into our office where you are presented with the design and budget options. This includes going through a 3D walk through of your home and the finished product. You get to select materialss, backsplash and flooring choices - even paint colors - and this is all done to give you a free estimate. Mary realized that running all over Houston just wasn't necessary with Incredible Renovations. We've been in the remodel/build business for over 30 years and we can handle your project professionally and entirely.

What They're Saying

When choosing a contractor it's not enough to cover your eyes, wave your hand, and choose the name your finger lands on in the yellow pages. It's important that your contractor has designations, experience, and references. One of our satisfied clients recently had this to say about Incredible Renovations:
“To summarize my experience: I typically hate dealing with contractors, as I've come to believe that they're always trying to take advantage of you... Well, the guys at Incredible Renovations proved me wrong! I would work with them again without hesitation and recommend them to any friends looking to remodel their home. Let me give you some additional pointers for your consideration:
- Adam (the owner) has impeccable business ethics, which also resulted in his bid being the most reasonable (I asked for 4 bids before confirming the job to Incredible Renovations). Similarly, he was more than willing to iterate with me on the several edits I requested to bring the wording of the contract to my legal satisfaction (as well as the appendix with description of the work to be performed, so there were as few open ends as possible)

- They are very flexible and understanding if your budget is limited. In my case, I wanted specific parts of the job to be performed by my handyman as it'd result in lower overall costs and they were more than willing to work with me so I could meet my total budget

- They are honest. Certain items turned out to cost more than initially projected and they absorbed the incremental cost under the contingency; likewise, certain items ended up costing less (or we decided to reduce the number of, for example, skylights) and they credited the difference

- They welcome feedback and make sure to capture your input along the way. I'm a bit of a micro-manager and had a very clear idea of what I wanted and what the end product was supposed to look like... A few areas of the project were not progressing to my satisfaction and required some re-work (e.g. re-routing of A/C ducts that resulted in unplanned columns sticking out of the wall, weather-proofing of balcony doors that were leaking, etc); well, they handled my feedback on how things had to be re-worked very well and everything was completed to my satisfaction

- Even though I was doing the paint work directly with my handyman, they were kind enough to help me design the color scheme for the different areas of the house at no cost as well as think through interior decoration options

- Chris Krout, their project manager, is one of the most patient and respectful contractors I've ever met. It was a pleasure working with him on a day-to-day basis. He knows his sub-contractors well and knows how to get the best out of them

- Their "on time, on budget" guarantee is real, my project was completed perfectly on time and within the agreed budget..."
